Hope all had a wonderful very Merry Christmas!! We sure did, spending time with family means the most. Of course all the delicious foods we make during the holidays is a plus!!

The day after Christmas I was looking for something to make for lunch and saw leftover meatballs in the fridge, so a meatball sub it was! This was just the leftover meatballs on a roll that I buttered and added some provolone cheese on top and placed under the broiler until browned just right, yummm😋

I really enjoyed my lunch that day, and it was so quick and simple, add some homemade chips and it would be a great lunch to share with a friend!!
